Meat, fish and eggs give a lot of protein and help build body muscles. Milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt are dairy foods which make our bones and teeth strong.

Protein and dairy foods
Meat, fish and eggs give a lot of protein and help build body muscles. Milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt are dairy foods which make our bones and teeth strong.
Junk foods, sweets and sugar drinks
There is a lot of fat, oil, sugar and salt in these foods. They give energy but we should eat less sugar or salt because it is bad for our health.
Grain foods
We can find these foods in cereals, bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. These foods
give us energy.
Fruits and vegetables
These foods give us vitamins, minerals and others to grow. We should eat these foods every day.
a. We shouldn't have drinks with too much sugar.
b. Salty foods are good for our health.
c. Milk is the dairy food which helps our muscles grow.
d. Rice and bread are grain foods.
