Our Year 9 art trip
It all started at 7.30 in the morning when the coach arrived for our trip to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. It was raining, but (1) _____ the moment (2) _____ we left it stopped! While we were travelling, our teacher, Mr Clarke, gave us some useful information about the park.
By the (3) _____ we arrived, the clouds in the sky had disappeared and it was sunny. This was important because the sculpture park is outside! We went around the park in groups. (4) _____ we were walking around, we came across a sculpture called Promenade by sculptor Anthony Caro. It was amazing.
The journey home was eventful! Just (5) _____ we were leaving, the coach stopped. There was a problem with the engine and we needed to wait until another coach arrived. When we (8) _____ arrived back it was very late, but we didn't mind because we'd enjoyed our day.
