- Bread, Rice, Potatoes, Pasta & Cereal give us energy to get through the day.

- Fruit & Vegetables have got lots of vitarnins. They help us stay fit and healthy.

- Oils & Spreads have got lots of fat, but are good for us in small amounts.

- Beans, Fish, Meat & Eggs give us the protein we need to grow big and strong.

- Milk, Yoghurt, Butter & Cheese have got lots of calcium to help our bodies grow strong bones and teeth.

- Drinks (water, fruit juice, tea) help us stay healthy. We need six to eight glasses every day.

- Biscuits, Crisps, Cake, Sweets, Chocolate are very unhealthy, so don't eat them often!
